Major Responsibilities: Engage on the pull system of warehouse in whole plant Engage on warehouse team building management in whole plant Engage on multi-skill training planning for warehouse team in whole plant Take in charge of 5S and safety in warehouse in whole plant Follow TS16949 and ISO14001 requirements Responsible for warehouse and production department relation and communication Implement common business process to manage all activities in warehouse: receiving, storage, issuance, packing, dispatching, cycle count and physical inventory Monitor and report the inventory variances. Conduct and monitor cycle count PI process, and drive inventory accuracy improvement. Ensure all transactions updated in MRP system timely, to provide accurate information for material scheduling and production planning Implement WH efficiency improvement programs, insure proper material movement and lean practice in the plant. Establish standardization work as required Participate on cross-function project teams involved in plant design, value-stream analysis, staffing for new operation Other assignments as required by manager and supervisor Skills and Abilities/Qualification: Bachelor or college degree At least 6-7 years experience in warehouse or logistics area and 3 years WH supervisor experience Good personal communication skill Necessary office software skill is required Self motivated, strong responsibilities Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English Able to coordinate related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing) Able to OT as required Lean Manufacturing knowledge Willing to working under high pressure
